Overview

This equipment is specifically designed to provide dual power supply for secondary loads, important equipment control circuits, and auxiliary equipment. This product is suitable for: auxiliary power supply systems for fully mechanized mining faces, emergency lighting in mine refuge chambers, video surveillance systems, dispatch systems, emergency drainage pumps, gas drainage pumps, automatic air valves, underground ring network switches, safety monitoring systems, pump room automation and power supply systems, valve control box fans, belts, water pumps, etc.


Main Performance

1. The voltage covers dual voltage levels of 1140V and 660V, with a rated operating current of 250A. Under rated voltage, the apparent power can reach 500kVA (1140V) and 300kVA (660V) respectively.
2. Outputs multiple voltages including 1140, 660, 380, 127, 12, 24, and multiple channels of voltage to meet the power supply needs of different devices.
3. The product adopts Siemens 1200 high-performance CPU controller, which can achieve manual and automatic switching between main and backup power supplies, ensuring efficient, flexible, and stable operation.
4. The product features a 10-inch industrial display screen, which enables real-time uploading and display of various information about the equipment.
5. The product features an intrinsically safe standard RS485/232 interface output function, enabling real-time uploading of various device information through networking.
6. The product is equipped with protections against electric leakage lockout, phase failure, overload, short circuit, overvoltage, and undervoltage.

Applicable Locations

1. High-risk mining and excavation working faces underground in coal mines
The mining face is the core area of coal mine production and also the place with the highest risk of gas and coal dust explosions. When the main power supply is interrupted due to line failure or maintenance, it can automatically switch to the backup power supply within the specified time, ensuring the continuous operation of mining equipment, while maintaining the power supply for safety monitoring equipment such as gas sensors and spray dust suppression systems on the mining face, thus avoiding blind spots in safety monitoring.
 
2. Auxiliary power supply circuit for large fixed equipment underground
The relay protection devices, operation power supplies, lighting systems, and auxiliary equipment such as the electro-hydraulic control systems for large hydraulic supports in underground central substation, main converter station, and other locations ensure uninterrupted power supply for relay protection, operation control, and other circuits through dual power switching, while meeting the electrical safety requirements for high explosion-proof grade locations underground.
 
3. Underground key ventilation and drainage system
The underground ventilation fan is responsible for delivering fresh air and discharging gas and toxic gases, while the drainage pump is used to remove water from the tunnel. Both are "lifeline" devices for ensuring mine safety. The main power supply can be sourced from the underground central substation, and the backup power supply can be connected to the regional emergency power supply. Even if the main grid fails, the power supply can be quickly switched to ensure uninterrupted operation.
 
4. Underground PLC automatic control system
Currently, most systems in coal mines, such as water pumps, belts, fans, local fans, air compressors, and gas supply pump stations, have achieved automation functions. However, the core controllers only have single-circuit incoming power supply. In situations such as routine underground leakage tests, maintenance, and feeder faults, power outages and communication interruptions often occur in various control systems. Especially during the fully automatic start-stop process of equipment, if the core controller experiences a power outage, it can pose serious safety hazards. There is an urgent need for this device to provide dual insurance to ensure the safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of the controller.
