Introduction

This starter is suitable for use in underground coal mines where there is a risk of methane and coal dust explosions. It is designed for direct or remote starting, stopping, and reversing control of three-phase asynchronous motors operating at AC 50Hz, rated voltages of 660V, 1140V and below. It achieves automatic dual power source switching, ensures uninterrupted operation of fans, and provides protection against short circuits, overloads, phase failures, electrical leakage, undervoltage, etc. for the motor and related circuits. The overload protection provisions do not apply to the embedded overheat protection devices installed inside the motor.

e) It features both hardware and software self-checking capabilities. In case of any issues, the system will display the corresponding error messages.
f) It features dual power switching, with automatic switching between the main and standby fans.
g) It features a working status display function, which can display the current time, three-phase current, grid voltage, insulation resistance (in the off-circuit standby state), wind power lockout, operating status (off/on), and fault information in real-time during operation.
h) It has 16-channel intrinsically safe switch input function.
i) It has a 16-channel passive switch output function.
j) It features 8-channel intrinsically safe analog input capability.
