Product Overview

This product device is specifically designed for the dual-circuit safe power supply of various informationization and automation subsystems in coal mine shafts. It is suitable for AC power supplies with voltage levels of 50Hz, AC660V/127V in coal mine shafts. The input is two circuits of AC 127V~AC660V power, and the output is one circuit of AC127V~AC660V AC power. It can automatically switch to the auxiliary power supply when the main power supply suddenly fails; when the main power supply is restored, it automatically switches back to the main power supply, thus achieving automatic switching between the main and auxiliary dual-circuit power supplies. This provides a stable and reliable power supply for the load, ensuring production efficiency and safety. This product is widely applicable to the power supply needs of underground ring network switches, monitoring sub-stations, underground lighting integrated protection, PLC automatic control systems, and other equipment requiring AC 127V~AC660V power.

5. The product features a lifecycle ledger function, which can record in real-time the usage frequency and lifespan of key equipment such as contactors and fault counts, enabling visualization of product lifespan.
6. The product supports manual and automatic switching between main and backup power supplies, allowing for flexible use.

Applicable Locations

1. Underground integrated protection and safety power supply system
The dual-circuit design ensures high reliability of the system. In the event of a failure in one circuit, the system will automatically switch to the other circuit, ensuring continuous and stable power supply. The voltage of 127/660 volts is suitable for many devices and scenarios, meeting the power supply needs of various electrical equipment. The integrated power protection system features intelligent monitoring and management functions, which allow for the monitoring of parameters such as voltage and current, timely detection of issues, and fault handling, thereby enhancing the reliability and safety of the system.
 
2. Underground safety monitoring and detection system / 10-gigabit ring network switch
Under single-circuit power supply conditions, power failures occur frequently, seriously affecting safe production. The mine-used flameproof and intrinsically safe dual power supply switching control box can provide stable and reliable dual power supply for the aforementioned system. When the main circuit power supply is interrupted, it automatically switches to the auxiliary circuit for power supply. Once the main circuit returns to normal, it automatically switches back to the main circuit for power supply.
 
3. Underground PLC control system
Currently, most systems in coal mines, such as water pumps, belts, fans, local fans, air compressors, and gas supply pump stations, have achieved automation functions. However, their core controllers only support single-circuit incoming power supply. In situations such as routine underground leakage tests, maintenance, and feeder faults, power outages and communication interruptions often occur in various control systems. Especially during the fully automatic start-stop process of equipment, if the core controller experiences a power outage, it poses serious safety hazards. There is an urgent need for this device to provide dual insurance to ensure the safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of the controller.
