System Composition

The remote control system for the main ventilation fan in the mine consists of an upper computer, a PLC control cabinet, data acquisition sensors, video, switches, and other systems. Install one upper computer in the dispatch room and the control room of the fan room, and install sensors for negative pressure, air volume, temperature, methane, vibration, etc. on the fan to collect real-time data

Online monitoring of the working status of ventilation fans. Collect and display the process parameters, electrical parameters, and operation status of various equipment in the ventilation room. Monitoring parameters include inlet static pressure, dynamic pressure, wind speed, ambient temperature, gas concentration, motor bearing temperature, motor winding temperature (pre embedded in the motor), fan vibration, motor power, current, voltage, and power factor; The status of the fan gate switch, the on/off signal and forward/reverse signal of the fan main motor, the position of the starting cabinet circuit breaker for closing and opening, and the fault alarm signal.
Real time display of operating conditions and efficiency of the fan. It can monitor data in real-time, display it in dynamic graphics and numbers, and draw characteristic curves of fan performance, which can be output through a printer.
