Project Status

1. Easy to cause vehicle underload or overload. The loading personnel visually distinguish the position of the coal chute and the vehicle, and repeatedly open and close the gate or load the coal machine by pressing the button. Therefore, often due to the difficulty in controlling the timing of coal discharge, it is easy to cause overloading or underloading during loading. Causing the vehicle to repeatedly turn around for loading and unloading, wasting a lot of time.
2. The loading efficiency is low. The coal loading process requires the mutual cooperation of personnel such as scheduling, loading, monitoring, and reporting. Due to the fact that all systems are independently controlled by manual labor and the process transfer between them also needs to be completed manually, this leads to low efficiency and high error rates in the entire loading process, which can easily lead to coal theft incidents.
3. There are many loading staff.
4. There is fraudulent behavior. There are many human factors in each process, which cannot effectively prevent fraudulent behavior.
5. The correlation between various systems is poor. Poor correlation with data from bulk systems, coal feeders, weighing systems, etc.

System Achievement Goals

To meet the requirements of the closed bulk loading process and achieve unmanned, automatic, accurate, and efficient operation in the loading process, based on the research and analysis of existing equipment status and production operation needs, combined with the development of new technologies, a fully automated unmanned loading and weighing integrated design for the pithead coal preparation plant is carried out to improve ground loading efficiency and eliminate loopholes in the sales process. Achieve the following goals:
·There are three modes of loading: fully automatic loading, semi-automatic loading (remote loading), and on-site loading: automation of the loading process, remote centralized control, and streamlined operation, making on-site operations safer with fewer or no people.
·The entire process of fully automatic loading realizes the "three ones": "one car, one card, one person". A driver drives one car and holds one card without getting off the car, and the sales data is closed and processed; Realize unmanned operation of the entire system process and control of vehicle information throughout the entire process through IC. Perfectly integrated with bulk systems, weighing systems, electromechanical equipment, control systems, etc., to achieve unmanned loading, data closure, and closure of the entire bulk transportation and sales system;
·Improve the efficiency and accuracy of automatic coal loading: After achieving centralized control and automatic loading, it can safely and smoothly transport coal at full load, shorten the process time of single vehicle loading, and the entire process takes 1-4 minutes; The accuracy of vehicle loading has been improved, reducing over ton and under load coal unloading.
·Reduce on-site personnel: automate the sales process and significantly reduce the number of workers involved in loading, weighing, and invoicing.
·Anti cheating: Prevent cheating through hardware devices and fully information-based management.

The system mainly consists of truss components, trolley components, bidirectional conveyor, detection and monitoring unit, control unit, etc.
