System Structure and Composition

The area limited personnel AI video intelligent monitoring system is mainly used for crowd flow statistics in scenarios such as comprehensive mining face, excavation face, lifting cage, drilling site (anti outburst, pressure relief), etc. It can immediately alarm and output a locking signal to lock designated equipment when overloaded. The system can track and count the number of people entering and leaving the area in real time. When the number of people entering the area exceeds the specified limit, it will perform locking linkage and alarm. At the same time, real-time video images, information on the number of personnel in the current scene, alarm information, etc. can also be transmitted to the ground management platform.

The entire system consists of client computers, Al management servers, mobile apps, web, mining intrinsic safety image processing cameras, mining explosion-proof and intrinsic safety image processing devices, mining LED display screens (optional) and other equipment.

Major Function

1. Personnel entry and exit statistics: Install a camera at each entrance and exit to analyze the number of people entering and exiting through an analysis device.
2. Number display in specific areas: Install explosion-proof LED display screens at the entrance and exit to display the real-time number of people in specific areas.
3. Personnel over limit detection: Summarize the number of personnel entering and leaving the area based on the camera statistics of all entrances and exits, and determine whether the personnel have exceeded the set value.
4. Personnel over limit alarm: When personnel exceed the set upper limit, the camera will issue a voice reminder, requiring them to evacuate.
5. Overlimit locking: Overloading outputs a locking signal to lock the designated equipment.
6. Personnel alarm reporting: The analysis device reports the alarm information to the server.
7. Equipment malfunction alarm: When an equipment malfunction occurs, it will immediately sound an alarm and prompt personnel to handle it.
